We offer a complete delivery and set up service at a great value. Our experienced delivery staff can assemble your crib and furniture in the nursery - and place it in the room where you would want it.   Upon request, we can take away packing cartons  and packing materials.


DELIVERIES:
 
When placing an order for furniture,  we provide delivery and assembly charges. That charge is an estimate and can  change upon delivery if  there are issues that were not considered at time of when arriving at the estimate (such as extra flights of steps or long distances to carry furniture to your home, due to inaccessible parking).
 
Any furniture that cannot fit into your room (home), will be left on the main floor or garage.  Please measure carefully stairway openings, door entrances, etc.  We cannot be held responsible for furniture not fitting into your home.
 
If there is nobody home that can accept a delivery, another delivery time will have to be set up and another delivery fee will apply.




PICK-UPS:

We require at least 1 working day notice to book an appointment for furniture pick up.  Please note that our pick up hours are Monday to Friday 10-5 and Saturdays 10-4.  There are no furniture pick ups on Sundays.
 
Please make sure that your vehicle is large enough to pick up furniture items. 
Most convertible cribs will only fit in pick-up trucks and only in some oversized SUVs.
 
We cannot tie items to your car roof or on any part of your car. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your car if items are difficult to fit or if shifting in transit causes damage.
 
If you are picking up and assembling your furniture and there is a problem, it is your responsibility to bring it back to our warehouse for service or exchange.
 
Furniture is fragile and can easily be damaged if it is not handled with the utmost of care. Your best bet is to let our professionals do the job!


ORDER TIME:
 
Please be aware that there can be unexpected delays in production that we cannot control. While orders often come in early, many take 8-16 weeks. If something does take longer than our estimate, we will do everything within our power to accommodate you, including providing you with a loaner crib or changer. We do not provide free deliveries or discount your order if it arrives late.
 

To check the status of your order, you can email us at lilangels@bellnet.ca.  Please provide your invoice number located on the right bottom of the invoice.


PAYMENT AND STORAGE:
 

All orders must be paid in full when your order arrives at our warehouse. Once your order is paid for in full, we can schedule a delivery or proceed with the pick up.   We cannot take responsibility for furniture left in our warehouse after 120 days and additional storage fees will apply.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
 
Non-furniture items can be be returned or exchanged withing 14 days of purchase. Sales receipt must be presented for a refund.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all original parts and contents.

All product lines carried by The Baby Furniture Warehouse Store, Inc. are manufactured by other independent companies which offer their own individual limited warrantees.
 
Furniture items are not returnable once delivered to the home or after pick up from our warehouse.  Standard warranties apply to each item and is up to manufacturers policies on how damaged items handled.
