Delivery Options and Store Policy


We offer a complete delivery and set up service. Our experienced delivery staff can set up your baby crib and furniture in the nursery where you want it. Standard delivery is to the main floor only, however if delivery comes with a set up request, we assembly every piece including a crib.  

DELIVERIES:
 
When you order your furniture, we can give you an estimate of the delivery and set up charges. That fee is subject to change  if we discover that there are issues that were not considered when arriving at the estimate 
 
Any furniture that cannot fit into your room (home), that has to come back to us will result in a 25% handling and restocking charge. Please consider your stairways, hallways and entrance doors ahead of time.
 
If you are not home when we arrive and we need to bring your furniture back to the warehouse, you will be charged for that delivery and for any subsequent delivery.

PICK-UPS:

We ask that you give us at least a days notification for pick-ups so that we will have your order ready.
 
Please be sure that your vehicle is large enough for the item(s) that you intend to pick up.   Most convertible cribs will only fit in pick-up trucks and sometimes in oversized SUVs.
 
We cannot tie items to your car roof or on any part of your car. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your car if items are difficult to fit or if shifting in transit causes damage.
 
It is not recommended that boxes be opened for inspection upon pick-up, since it will compromise the protective packaging materials.
 
If you are picking up and assembling your furniture and there is a problem, it is your responsibility to bring it back for service or replacement.
 
Furniture is fragile and can easily be damaged if it is not handled with the utmost of care. Your best bet is to let our professionals do the job!

ORDERING TIME:
 
Since most products today are imports, please be aware that there can be unexpected delays that we cannot control. While orders often come in early, many take 8-16 weeks. If something does take longer than our estimate, we will do everything within our power to accommodate you, including providing you with a loaner crib or changer. We do not provide free deliveries or discount your order if it arrives late.
 
If you wish to contact the store to check status of your order, please have your order with you or be sure to give us the name that the order was written under.  If possible, contacting us by email (lababy500@gmail.com) would be preferred.

PAYMENT AND STORAGE:
 
All orders must be paid in full when your order arrives at our warehouse. We will contact you immediately and ask that you book your delivery or pick up your order within 30 days. We cannot take responsibility for furniture left in our warehouse after 120 days.
 
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
 
Non-furniture items can be be returned or exchanged withing 14 days of purchase. Sales receipt must be presented for a refund.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all original parts and contents.

All product lines carried by The Baby Furniture Warehouse Store, Inc. are manufactured by other independent companies which offer their own individual limited warrantees.
 
Furniture items are not returnable once delivered to the home or after pick up from our warehouse unless the item is damaged and not repairable.
 
FURNITURE CANCELLATIONS:
 
Cancellations of non-stocked special order furniture are subject to a 25% fee.
